Contact and purpose
Pachvisual receives service enquiries at hello@pachvisual.com. The form collects your name, email, optional company, requested service and project description to answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal if requested.
Sending and processing
When submitted, your details are transmitted to the hosting server and email service delivering the enquiry. They are used to discuss your project, not for advertising campaigns. Please avoid unnecessary sensitive information or third-party data.
Retention and requests
Enquiries are retained while needed to respond or maintain the professional relationship and, where applicable, meet relevant obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing hello@pachvisual.com.
Form protection
We use a temporary session and sending limits to protect the form. Rate-limit records use an identifier derived from the IP address and consider attempts from the last hour; records are cleaned when new requests are processed. Hosting and email providers may maintain their own technical logs.
Language preference
Your chosen language is saved in browser local storage. You can remove it from this site’s browser settings.
